360 Dermatology

Dr. Ambay performed Mohs surgery on a very large squamous cell carcinoma on my leg in April. Because of the size, the Mohs took two nearly full days before all markers were negative. Jignesh Parvadia (JP) was tasked with closing the crater left from the excision. Because of my reaction to epi, he was not able to do a flap-closure as he had planned and had to do a straight incision closure. JP worked a true miracle (while standing on a broken foot)! I had absolutely no complications and the incision has healed beautifully! I highly recommend Dr. Ambay for Mohs and JP for closures!

I was referred to Dr. Ambay for a Mohs procedure due to an extended trip scheduled to Florida from Illinois. A thumb nail size cancerous area in the middle of my forehead was addressed and removed by Dr. Ambay resulting in a wound slightly larger than a half dollar requiring three layers of stitches. Vanessa did an absolute remarkable job of stitching up the wound, resulting in a barely noticable line. Follow up care was on a nearly daily phone call for the next two weeks. I am still amazed at the final result. 360 Staff, You Rock! Thank you all.

FANTASTIC. Dr. Ambay and Staff are great. Took the time to talk, ask questions and most importantly listen. Had been going to another dermatologist for a number of years. Contacted Dr. Ambay's office and what a great experience. You don't feel like a number as they give you their undivided attention. Typically don't review businesses but 360 warrants praise. I've seen other dermatologists around NPR. Night and day service. The people really make a difference here.
5 offices around make it very convenient. For me, work is near one and home is near another. They do keep their appointment schedules pretty tight. No need to miss a whole day of work waiting in a lobby.
I had quite a few pre cancer spots and a very large deep cancer spot on my head. Had to have mohs surgery for that big one. The procedure was swift and pain free. Waited 1.5 hours for the "all clear" cancer free results. The practice was busy that day. Guess it's because they are the best in the bay. Very odd that they didn't close the wound the same day. Found out that is insurance driven.
Guessing my wound was roughly 2 inches round. Wasn't looking forward to that large bald patch or divot. Closure went well. They worked their magic the best they could. I'm very pleased with the results. Very appreciative of the information provided all around, the concern, the care, and mostly the warm friendly staff.

Dr Ambay is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor with a super friendly personality. I have never felt rushed during any of my visits. She has always performed a thorough examination. Her surgical treatments are done gently and thoroughly resulting in clear cancer free borders.
Also, Dr Ambay's staff are competent and very caring. My family and I highly recommend Dr Ambay.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Aparna Ambay since 2013. We wouldn't go anywhere else. My husband rarely went to the dermatologist and as a result had a deep growth that required Mohs.
